Though the intention in coming to Baden was for pinot noir, the white Burgundy varieties were so compelling that we couldn’t help but add them to the portfolio. This basic pinot blanc couples classical honeydew and cantaloupe flavors with a light, linear structure. This wine is so crisp and fresh, its hard not to love.
