This Riverina-grown Sauvignon Blanc is crafted by Mino & Co, working closely with local farmers for over two decades. The wine celebrates traditional varietals and showcases the importance of terroir and sustainable farming.

Grapes are grown with regenerative practices, and each bottle features the hands of the grower, Pat Calabria. The wine is made to be enjoyed young, with a focus on freshness and purity. It is vegan-friendly and reflects a clean, herbaceous style typical of the region.
