A small, family-owned Champagne house that punches well above its weight in terms of price and accolades: Gremillet’s Brut Selection (a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay) was quoted in a blind tasting by BBC Good Food Magazine as being “Right up at the top against stiff competition. It has also been named best non-vintage Champagne by the International Wine and Spirit challenge numerous times and in Wine and Spirit magazine, where it came top with the same mark as Dom Perignon 1998! Rich and toasty, with baked biscuit and peach flavours and a crisp citrus finish. A lovely toasting Champagne at a wedding or an affordable bottle for Christmas parties.
