Glenwood Grand Duc Chardonnay 2023 showcases meticulous craftsmanship, beginning with grapes harvested at 24.7B and whole-bunch pressed at 1.4 bars. The juice settled for two days before wild yeast fermentation over 14 days. Aged 20 months on lees in 100% new 500L French oak barrels.
This wine reveals a yellow straw hue with rich vanilla and ripe pineapple aromas. The palate is full and creamy, complemented by toasty oak nuances and a marmalade-citrus finish. Ideal through 2030, it pairs beautifully with creamy or spicy dishes, white roasts, and seafood.
