100% Chardonnay from the Macon-Charnay-Les-Macon appellation on the higher slopes of the Mont du Maconnais. Fresh, floral aromas with great depth, ripe stone fruits and a rich texture from ageing on lees. There’s crunchy green apple and candied citrus peel on the finish.

A versatile wine for pairing with food but pairs great with chicken in cream sauce or mushroom and asparagus risotto.
