Fox & Fox are an East Sussex vineyard specialising in Burgundian and Champagne clones and varieties. Their aim is to create new and exciting styles.

Made exclusively of Pinot Meunier from 2 different parcels of land, this sparkling is an intriguing departure from your average English wine. It has pronounced tertiary flavours of almond, brioche and biscuit, with the usual searing acidity of English wine. Fleshy stone fruit flavours come through on the full body.
