Named after one of winemaker Maria Soles grandfathers favorite horses, Noble Kara claims its rightful place in the proud tradition of real ros wines. Grown on sand and clay in vineyards between 17 and 32 years. The grapes are hand harvest and undergo one night of skin contact to extract the perfect amount of flavour. Noble Kara is 100% Sangiovese and it was bottled without fining or filtration, and with a minimum of sulphur.
