Famille Perrin?s involvement in the wine trade can be traced back to 1909, when Pierre Traminer bought the Ch?teau de Beaucastel and then transferred it to his son-in-law Pierre Perrin, a scientist who further developed Beaucastel. His son, Jacques, continued his father?s efforts and continued to expand the family?s holdings until 1978. Today the torch is being carried by Jean-Pierre and Fran?ois, Jacques? sons. Marc, Pierre, Thomas, C?cile, Charles, Matthieu, and C?sar, the fifth generation, work today with them.
