A vivid purple garnet colour. The nose is so bright, with the scent of violets, menthol and briary fruits. The palate is silky and deep with fruit flavour. Theres plenty of spice and a grind of black pepper. It is an elegant Syrah but with latent power and a wine that is all about engaging perfume and sensual texture.
