The Kabinett from the rziger Wrzgarten is definitely the classic Kabinett wine from Christian Hermann. Ancient vines, firmly rooted in the red volcanic rock of the Wrzgarten are the flavorful basis for this wonderfully quaffable and refreshing Riesling Kabinett. In the nose, the fruity Kabinett offers a lovely red berry scent, wrapped in the wild aromas of spontaneous fermentation. Full fruit on the palate, but still typically Kabinett lean. The spicy, mineral slate aromas are a fitting counterpoint to the expressive lively acidity.
