Doorly’s XO Fine Old Barbados Rum

To produce the unique character of Doorlys XO, master blenders select very old rums. Then they mature for a second time in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. Producing a delicious fusion of complex flavours from the cask and the well aged rums.

• Doorly’s XO Fine Old Barbados Rum is a six year old blend of rums, with a rich, round, complex palate
• On the nose, very elegant aromas of toffee with hints of vanilla and mocha
• In the mouth this is a rich yet subtle Bajan rum that is surprisingly mellow. Taste demerara sugar, treacle, liquorice and aniseed on the palate
• The finish is exceptionally smooth
