Riesling

This Riesling is a wonderful vintage and a great introduction to Donnhoff wineries. A clean, crisp and fresh Riesling. This will show some lovely green tree fruit characters. Pear and apple will be the two abundant characters on the nose and palate but there is also a good citrus taste on the palate and a wonderful finish reminiscent of heather honey or honeysuckle.

This pairs really well with rich dishes such as pork belly or anything with Asian spices.
