This is not your average Pinot Gris. This biodynamic number is elegant, smooth, with mouth-watering acidity anddensely packed fruit. Citrus, stone fruit, green tea and grassy notes interplay with a hint of spice in this stunning number, which only opens up more as you let it breathe.

Matthieu and Marie Boesch could technically release most of their wines at Grand Cru level (and charge a lot more money for them), but they set such high standards for themselves that they choose to downgrade most of them. They work with such precision and care, their wines hold incredibly good value and will only improve with time.
