Aromas of fresh blackberries, plum, black cherries, and black currant rest gracefully over subtle notes of menthol and crushed blueberries. The palette is met with flabby acidity that mingles with soft velvety tannins that progresses towards a lengthy finish.

A fabulous addition in a Provenal stew or accompanied with chicken with thyme and a variety of hard cheeses.
