Really elegant Ploussard, light and fresh with lots of wild strawberries, cranberries and a touch of earthiness, some liquorice and white pepper.

Julien has been passionate about wine. His father is a farmer and had given him a taste of working with the land, and how to respect it. He achieved his dreams at the age of 21 by buying his first vines in 2003 (Pupillin, cote de caillot). He now works 5ha organically and has been in conversion to biodynamics since 2012. Each of his wines has a vineyard name.
