Tasting Note

A blend of Grenache Blanc and Viognier grown on limestone terraces in the Minervois, its zesty and expressive with a gentle aromatic charm. Bright pale yellow with silver glints, this white opens with aromas of pear, almond blossom and fresh herbs. The palate is soft and generous, showing juicy pear and white peach balanced by delicate acidity. A subtle note of grapefruit zest lingers on the finish, adding a touch of bitter freshness and fine balance.

Top food pairings:

  • Light seafood dishes like grilled prawns or lemon sole
  • Fresh goats cheese salads with citrus dressing
  • Vegetable tempura or mildly spiced Thai green curry
Kate Says

Domaine Gayda have really impressed us with their wines purity of fruit and it really comes across in thislively and refreshing white blend. Bursting with citrus and floral notes, it’s incredibly easy to drink. Ideal for sunny afternoons or casual dinners, it pairs wonderfully with seafood, salads, or grilled chicken. A fantastic, great value everyday wine!
