Full and round this Bourgogne Blanc will develop well with bottle age and has a taste that lasts a good time. Wonderful with Game or Fish terrine, Salmon, monkfish, smoked ham.

Product Description

Established by Jean Louis Fougeray and his wife Clair Dau the Domaine has 20 hectares based in the northern Cote d’Or in the village of Marsannay-la-Cote. Annual production is limited to 180,000 bottles – Chardonnay only represents around 30,000 bottles of this so is even more limited.
