Nestled in the sun-drenched region of South of France, Domaine du Peras boasts a rich heritage dating back to 1650. Situated in Abeilhan, within the Languedoc Roussillon, just 15 kilometres north of Beziers. The estate spans 38 hectares of clay and limestone vineyards.

Owned and managed by Mathieu Merlet. The domaine prides itself on its commitment to producing wines of remarkable diversity, with a focus on single grape varietals. Merlet’s philosophy revolves around transparency, believing that consumers should understand precisely what fills their glass. To ensure optimal freshness and fruitiness, harvesting of grapes are under the cover of night.
