A fantastic Sauvingon Blanc from a region that is just a stones throw away from Sancerre. Citrus aromas of grapefruit, tangerine and lemon with a floral background and some mineral, spicy notes. Fresh and lively on the palate with more lemon and tangerine fruit. Beautifully fresh and intense with a moreish acidity and minerality on the finish.

Perfect with white fish dishes and try with goat’s cheese!
