One of the newest wineries in Saumur, the Chenin blanc here is aged in a mixture of old and new barriques aswell as large Foudre to give complexity and depth. There’s plenty of apple and citrus alongside riper stone fruits such as apricot, peach and pienapple. There’s texture and a richenss without losing it’s fesh egde.
