A delicious blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier made in the traditional method akin to Champagne. The wine spent nine months in French Oak Barrel before bottling, just enough time to give more layers of texture and a hint of vanilla. Straw hue, delicate well-structured body, good balance between acidity and dosage, rich flavoured mid-palate, clean and round finish.
