Ideal to serve with slightly spiced food, soft cheese and dessert. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif or at the end of a meal.

The vinification of Disznoko Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttonyos is unique. Picking of the noble rot grapes are one by one. Soaking in must or wine. In the proportion determined by the number of “puttonyos”, the historical measure equivalent to one harvesting basket.

Picking the aszu grape by hand and storing in stainless steel until vinification on three or four passages through the vineyard.

After pressing, the fermentation of the wine finishes in stainless steel. Then ageing in the cellar for two and half years in new oak barrels.
