Rich crimson in colour with a lively hue, this Pinotage greets you with juicy red fruit aromas, underpinned by delicate notes of perfume and cloves. On the palate, vibrant cranberry and savoury flavours intertwine with hints of rich plum, fleshing out the mid-palate. A soft, elegant finish with subtle oak provides a perfectly balanced experience.

Artisan Craftsmanship

Hand-picked grapes set the stage for Delheim’s dedication to quality. The fruit was de-stemmed, crushed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks with pump-overs done six times daily. Following fermentation, the wine was pressed and underwent partial malolactic fermentation in barrel and tank before maturing for 18 months in 300L French oak barrels. A light filtration before bottling ensures clarity and purity in every glass.
