wine showcases citrus and passion fruit notes, typical of Sauvignon Blanc, together with the characteristic honey aromas of Semillon, which combined display a delightfully fresh sensation. On the palate it is generous, with an oily texture, but at the same time it retains all the sparkle and acidity of a well made dry white wine. It has great intensity and structure, and a lovely long finish.
