Daffy’s Small Batch Gin is has a freshness on the nose with floral, woody and toffee notes intertwing with zesty fruit. They say it is remeniscent of an oriental pine forest by the sea with a breathtaking view (presumably they drank a lot prior to writing their notes). On the palate it is smooth with a spicy vibrance, leading to an enlivening citrus and lebanese mint combination with the obligatory juniper everpresent. Daffy’s gin finishes with depth from the juniper and Lebanese mint extended by buttery, warming notes and an enchanting elegance.
