Oak- aged Gin:

Maturation: Gin rested for six months in ex-bourbon single-grain whisky casks.

Palate: Light green herbs and piney juniper, with gentle spice and a subtle dusty white-pepper note. Oak and sweet grain-whisky tones weave through.
