The Yves Cuilleron Condrieu La Petite Cte, is 100% Viognier sourced from vines located in the centre of the appellation, grown mostly on terraces. Viticulture is environmentally friendly with natural grasses planted to fight against erosion. In the vineyard treatments are limited and weather dependent. No insecticides are used in order to preserve biodiversity and what fertiliser is used is organic. After fermentation the wine spends 9 months in barriques and foudre, on lees and with regular btonnage. To the nose La Petit Cte offers aromasof apricot, quince and peach alongside notes of flowers (lilac, rose and violet) and honey. The palate is fresh withbeautiful spicy power.
