Cooper King Dry Gin is hand distilled, bottled and labelled at the Cooper King Distillery in Yorkshire. To create a gin of exceptional character they’re taking an unprecedented approach to distillation, by marrying botanicals with a combination of rich malt spirit and smooth wheat spirit. Honey from their family beehives, beautiful lemongrass and a touch of locally grown lavender are just some of the botanicals used to make this gin.

Uniting state-of-the-art vacuum distillation with a traditional copper pot still in a process that’s tailored to suit each individual botanical, creates a gin with the freshest, fullest flavours unlike any other.

Cooper King is powered entirely by green energy and 1 square metre of native English woodland is planted through Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust partnership for every bottle of Dry Gin sold, making it the first gin in Europe to join the 1% for the Planet initiative.

Nose: Pine-y juniper notes lead with floral honey and ripe citrus & lemon grass in support.

Finish: Cardamom lingers nicely but over all the finish is fresh and deliciously moreish.
