Product Description

The brothers Edouard Jean and Adolphe Cointreau had previously worked in confectionary and cake making before finally opening their distillery in 1849. It wasn’t until 1875 though that the liqueur took on the Orange based flavour that we recognise today which was created under the watchful eye of Edouard Jean’s son, Edouard.
