Founded in 1891 in Piedmont, Cocchi has earned its reputation as one of the world’s top producers of aromatic wines and aperitifs. Still made according to Giulio Cocchi’s original family recipe, this Vermouth di Torino is infused with a complex blend of botanicals, dominated by wormwood, citrus peel and rhubarb root, balanced with cocoa and dried fig, rosemary, nutmeg and sandalwood.

The result is a vermouth with remarkable depth and elegance – bright citrus and herbal notes give way to a distinct woodiness, warm spice and a bitter orange finish. Perfectly enjoyable on its own over ice with an orange twist, or in a Negroni or Manhattan cocktail.
