Cocchi Vermouth di Torino is produced by the Giulio Cocchi Spumanti company, this is a classic vermouth which was first produced in 1891.

It is based on a recipe with Moscato wine, sourced from Asti, near Turin. On the nose it has rich spices and fruit. Hints of cured ham, peppermint and curry spices.Rich fruit and bittersweet peels, orange zest, aniseed and overripe grape on teh palate, with hints of smokey spice.
