Made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon. Temperature controlled fermentation with maceration during 20 days. Pumping over twice a day in order to extract a maximum of colour and tannin. Ruby colour. Rich nose with leather notes. In mouth the wine presents notes of coffee. The tannins are very pleasant. Structured and well-balanced.
