Chateau Gabelot Bordeaux

The Medeville family have owned this splendid property in the Entre-Deux-Mers since 2002 and achieved organic certification in 2020. The estate covers 20 hectares of vines on clay and limestone soil, planted with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Chateau Gabelot Bordeaux is a blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermented in stainless steel and cement vats followed by 12 months ageing in small oak barrels.
