Cherry-picked by Mathilde Chapoutier Selection, the Chteau des Ferrages domain is in Pourcieux, halfway between Aix-en- Provence and Saint-Maximin, in the prime plots of the Sainte-Victoire appellation. The coolness of the weather is one of its blessings offering a beautiful pale rose full of delicate red fruits with notes of white flowers, strawberry, peach, grapefruit and hawthorn on the nose. It is fresh and smooth with a deliciously fruity strawberry on the finish.

Serve at a nice and chilled 11C paired with a creamy crayfish risotto, grilled shellfish, white meats, salad and picnics.
