This Saint-Estephe red comes from one of the oldest estates in Bordeaux, founded in 1452. Chateau de Pez is now part of the Roederer Champagne Collection, with major investments in precision winemaking and vineyard restructuring. The 48-hectare vineyard sits on gravel, clay, and limestone soils, with vines averaging 25 years of age. The estate is HVE Level 3 certified and practices sustainable viticulture, including biodynamic trials.
Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, this wine is aged for 15 months in 40% new French oak. Its full-bodied, polished, and built to age, with a round texture and layered complexity.
