Process & Profile

Chteau de Laubades 21 Year Old Bas Armagnac is a blend of estate-grown Baco, Folle Blanche, and Colombard grapes. Each variety is distilled separately in a traditional alembic still and aged between 21 and 25 years in Gascony oak barrels crafted by the estates own cooperage. The vineyards cover 260 acres and are managed with sustainable methods, including natural fertilization from a herd of 600 sheep. This long-aging process delivers a complex, refined spirit that speaks to its terroir and craftsmanship.
