Chateau D’Ollieres is located in the highly reputable area of Provence in the South of France, an area reknowned for world-class roses. The apellation is evebn referred to as the ‘Heart of Provence.’ With high altitudes and limestone soils, the characteristics of these wines typically have a special sense of minerality and a strong, acidic backbone for which is the needed structure of a high quality rose.

This rose is a pale, salmon pink colour – very typical of a premium Provence rose!Dry, crisp and fresh on the palate with excellent acidity and red berries. The finish is short yet refreshing making this a great food wine. Try with tomato, cucumber and goat’s cheese salad, shellfish or roasted fish.
