The Champagne Pierre Gimonnet & Fils Gastronome 1er Cru is a ‘young’ vintage concept which expresses the complexity and richness of the vintage, yet exhibits all the freshness of a non-vintage champagne. The Gastronome vintage utilises all five of the different Gimonnet terroirs of the Cte des Blancs, with the largest proportion of grapes sourced from Chouilly Grand Cru and Cuis 1er Cru. A fine mousse with floral and perfumed notes, some spice and soft fruit flavours on the palate. A creamy mouthfeel with crisp acidity on the finish.
