Cartuxa Pera-Manca Branco, a blend of Antao Vaz and Arinto grapes from the Eugenio de Almeida Foundation vineyards, undergoes meticulous crafting. Grapes are handpicked, destemmed, and gently crushed upon reaching optimal ripeness.

Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels, maintaining a controlled temperature of 16C. The wine then matures on the lees for 12 months with battonage, followed by an additional 6 months of bottle ageing before release.
