The Ca’ Viola estate is located in the charming Piedmontese town of Dogliani in Langhe which is especially known for its top quality Dolcetto wines. The winery is owned by Giuseppe “Beppe” Caviola who worked with many of Piedmonts top emerging producers during the 1990s while honing his talent for winemaking. Shortly after devoting himself full-time to his own project Giuseppe was named “Enologist of the Year 2002” by Gambero Rosso, Italys most important wine guide.
