Burton Bridge have provided a bitter that’s great when made with dried malt extract or beer enhancer.

The recipe for this kit has been developed to the original Real Ale recipe produced by the Burton Bridge Brewery in Burton-on-Trent, where cask ales are produced using traditional methods.

This kit can be brewed using normal sugar, however we recommend using 1Kg of medium spray malt to enhance the malt flavours of this traditional bitter.
