Buffalo Trace Single Barrel Select Bourbon #349 40% ABV

A Single Barrel released from Buffalo Trace, exclusively bottled for us here at the Secret Bottle Shop! While the standard Buffalo Trace bourbon is widely available, the Single Barrel selections offer a unique expression from individual barrels. Allowing for subtle variations in flavour and complexity. This makes them highly sought after by enthusiasts.

We selected barrel #346 by hand from Warehouse C, floor 2 and rick 48. Aged for 8 years and 8 months in the finest American Oak Barrels with a yield of 288 bottles (we have actually got the physical Barrel in our shop)!

• On the nose, expect warm aromas of caramel, vanilla, and dried fruits with a touch of oak
• The palate delivers a harmonious blend of rich toffee, dark chocolate, sweet corn, and a hint of cinnamon spice
• Its finish is long and smooth, with lingering notes of brown sugar and toasted oak

This bourbon is a must-have for fans of Buffalo Trace and an exceptional addition to any collection. Especially as this was bottled by error at 40% ABV instead of usual 45% ABV as most other Buffalo Trace Barrel picks!
