Boschendal is one of South Africa’s oldest wine estates, nestled between Franschhoek and Stellenbosch. With over 330 years of winemaking heritage, the estate is known for its commitment to sustainability and terroir-driven viticulture. This sparkling rose is crafted using the traditional Cap Classique method, with grapes harvested before dawn to preserve freshness. Pinotage adds ripe fruit character, while Chardonnay brings elegance and structure. The wine spends 12 months on lees, developing complexity and fine bubbles. It is dry, crisp and fruit-forward, with a fine mousse and clean finish. Ideal with seafood, soft cheeses or light pastries, it offers a refreshing counterpoint to rich or creamy dishes.
