The house of Bollinger was founded in 1829 and boasts a rich history of traditional Champagnes all produced in pursuit of the grail of the highest quality. Due to the rise in popularity of ros, a relatively recent new departure came with the introduction of Bollinger Brut Ros, the first new wine from Bollinger in 30 years.

Produced using only the high quality grapes from the Grand Cru vineyards in theCted’Ay and Verzenay in the Marne, the main element is Pinot Noir (60%) which gives theros its depth of flavours and full blush colour, complemented by the carefully proportioned components of Chardonnay (25%) and Pinot Meunier (15%).
