La Cote aux Enfants, meaning “The Children’s Hillside,” is a prestigious vineyard in Ay where pinot noir reigns supreme. This small, south sloping vineyard was established by Jacques Bollinger nearly 100 years ago and houses some of their oldest vines. This historic plot of land has previously only been producing Bollingers only still wine, until now.
