Wealways use premium grass fed beef from the Scottish Highlands – that’s something we won’t compromise on, and we will never use MSG in our products either. You can storebiltong for up to six months but remember to refrigerate once opened.

We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process.

Ingredients: Beef 200g per 100g. Malt Vinegar (barley, gluten, Anchovies), black pepper, Coriander, chilli, preservative E202: Potassium Sorbate. For allergens see ingredients in bold.
