Wealways uses premium grass fed beef from the Scottish Highlands – that’s something we won’t compromise on, and we will never use MSG in our products either. You can storebiltong for up to six months but remember to refrigerate once open.

We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process.
