This reveals a certain southern, sunny ripeness in its fresh berries and cream character – not dissimilar to Raspberry Ripple – that cannot fail to be attractive. Nevertheless, Sangioveses classic supporting combination of fresh acidity and tannin can also be felt.Pair with grilled meat and vegetables, cured meats, Italian cheeses, pizza, casseroles, risotto, and mild gamey dishes. Great for the now, this wine also has impressive ageing potential.

A bright and vivid Vino Nobile with cherry, violet and hibiscus aromas and hints of peach and lemon that follow through to a medium body. There are fine and integrated tannins and a vivid finish with lots of energy. From biodynamically grown grapes. Vegan.
