This wine is a blend of the 4 French main grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Grenache. These wines, all vinified separately at the beginning, were initially grown on clay-limestone soils. The climate is Mediterranean with a sight continental influence.

Blending is the final touch of the winemaking process. This wine is mostly made of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Merlot brings suppleness and sensuality to the blend withits fruity side and its velvety tannins. It is said that the grape variety Merlot is the “flesh” of wine and the Cabernet Sauvignon is its structure.

Nose: Small red fruits and liquorice with spicy notes in its youth, evolving intoroasty aromas of cocoa.
