An attractive golden hue in the glass. It’s got a great freshness, packed full of stone fruit, mango, and lychee with a sprinkling of alpine herb and subtle nuances of orange peel. Round texture and balanced acidity.
The grapes go through a short period of skin contact and spend the rest od the year in large oak barrels.

Andi Mann is a young winemaker in Eckelsheim, Germany, who is rethinking traditional methods in the fields and cellars of his 10-hectare winery. He cultivates his vines holistically and uses minimal intervention in winemaking, striving to produce natural wines with openness and intensity of taste that reflect their origin. Andi is careful with his vines, allowing local sheep to wander through the vineyards and loosen the soil, and nurturing wild orchids that grow in the area. His vineyards are located on volcanic rock and limestone, which results in a diverse range of wine tastes.
